Order Processing Times
Due to high demand for the Erythros Laser Pro Mask, our current order processing window is 2 to 4 weeks from the order date. This timeframe is communicated at checkout, in your order confirmation email, on the product page, and in our FAQ. Orders are processed in the order they are received as inventory becomes available from our supplier.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Once your order ships, standard delivery within the contiguous United States takes 2 to 4 business days via our carrier partner. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
International Shipping
We ship internationally. Once your order ships, international delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days depending on your destination country and local customs processing. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
International customers may be responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
