Contact support@erythroslight.com within 60 days of delivery to request a return under our 60-day money-back guarantee. Normal use during those 60 days is expected and does not affect your refund.
We will send return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label. Ship the return within 14 days after you receive the instructions. If we are slow to send the label, your request still counts.
Return the product with its original packaging and all supplied accessories, including any promotional items that came with the order. If packaging or an accessory is missing, contact us before shipping and we will explain the options. There is no restocking fee. Damage from misuse or missing items may affect eligibility; a defect or ordinary wear from normal use does not.
For an eligible return, we refund the product price you paid, plus refundable tax, to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after we receive the return. Inspection is included in that period. Your bank may take a few more days to post it. Contact us before returning if you have a question about original shipping charges, import duties, a protection plan, or returning part of a bundle; we will confirm any adjustment before you ship.
